Information for event organisers
Pitch size, cooking, power, insurance and hygiene for CHIPS!. Everything a festival or event organiser needs before booking us as a trader.
- Pitch 3 m frontage x 6 m depth
- 2 LPG fryers, Gas Safe checked
- 5-star food hygiene, Bristol City Council
- Public and employers' liability insurance
Unit: two gazebos. The front has the hot hold, serving counter and hand wash. The back has two LPG fryers, a freezer and a prep table.
Power: we need power for lights, the neon sign, the freezer and the hot hold. Tell us what your site provides.
Payments: card payments, and we're happy to use festival till systems.
Paperwork: insurance, food hygiene rating, gas safety record, PAT test, fire risk assessment and HACCP plan are available on request.
We can trade on our own, or beside the Burger Bus as a double frontage.

Our signature crispy golden chips, topped with creamy Somerset cheese curds & smothered in a rich gravy.
